CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients are required to put a credit card on file in order to book. This will be used only for cancellation policy purposes. I respectfully request a 24 hour notice before your appointment time for cancellations and rebooking. In the event your appointment is canceled after the 24 hour notice window your card on file will be charged 50% of the services you were booked for. "No call, no show's" will also be charged 50% of the services you were booked for. Appointments for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be canceled and the card on file may be charged a late cancellation fee at my discretion.
